We like to believe we offer our people a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone is treated equally and has the opportunity to thrive. So it’s really satisfying when respected organisations put us under the spotlight and recognise our efforts. We’re proud to say we’ve picked up a few workplace awards recently, so we thought now was a good time to blow our own trumpet a little.

Ashfield Engage Canada lands three Great Place to Work awards

Our Canada business recently scooped three prestigious Great Place to Work awards. The first sees us ranked in the top 50 Canadian organisations over 1,000 employees, the second lists us as one of the best workplaces for women in the country and the third as one of the best for inclusion.

Eligible organisations have to be Great Place to Work Certified and the awards are based on direct feedback from employees. For the best workplace for women and inclusion awards, at least 90% of employees had to agree they are treated fairly regardless of gender and other personal characteristics.

Ashfield Engage recognised by Top Workplaces

Over the border, Ashfield Engage US has been named a top workplace by the aptly named Top Workplaces, the country’s leading employer-recognition programme. The award was based on employee feedback from Energage surveys.

In addition to the national award, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper has chosen Ashfield Engage as one of Philadelphia’s Top Workplaces.

This year’s awards are celebrating the workplaces that went above and beyond during the pandemic and we’re really proud to have made the list. The Inquirer’s full ranking will be published in August, so watch this space.

Vynamic scores a double whammy

For the third year in a row, Vynamic (part of Ashfield Advisory) has been named one of the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services by Great Place to Work. Vynamic was ranked 12th based on a detailed survey of what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full potential as part of the organisation.

Vynamic was also named by the Boston Business Journal as among the best Massachusetts-based companies to work for. Colleagues were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits in a confidential survey. Answers were then scored and only 80 of 165 eligible companies were ranked.

Vynamic CEO Jeff Dill said: “I couldn’t be more proud of this team, their commitment to living our values, and the work that they do in this thriving healthcare hub.”

The company is no stranger to recognition, being named a Glassdoor 2021 Best Places to Work earlier this year. Based on anonymous company reviews made by team members, the award has had a hugely positive impact on Vynamic’s recruitment efforts.

Congratulations to all the Ashfield companies on their awards.
