Home What matters to us Sustainability

Sustainability.

It’s time to secure a sustainable future.

What does sustainability mean to us?

At Inizio, we believe it’s time to reimagine health. Our sustainability strategy is integral to this purpose and ensures that we seize every opportunity to positively impact our environment, our employees and the communities we serve. Establishing the right foundations now is the only way to ensure that we can achieve more sustainable outcomes in the future. We have big ambitions, commitments and targets across all areas of our ESG strategy,  including diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), learning and development, reducing our carbon emissions and setting science-based targets.

We strive to ensure that everything we do remains actionable, measurable and focused on our core goals. To achieve these goals, we continue to empower our colleagues and partners to make positive changes so that collectively, we can contribute to a better and healthier future for patients. We all share the same passion to see what’s possible and ask ‘what if’ so we can do more.

Community impact

The London Autism Group serves the autistic community in London and the surrounding area. As one of our chosen charities, Inizio remote workers volunteered their time to support fundraising initiatives, developing merchandise concepts based on London Autism Group’s logo and motto: “It all starts with the will to make a difference.”

Our teams in Dublin also met with UNICEF Ireland and donated to UNICEF’s routine immunization program that supports children across the world in more than 190 countries and territories.

Community Action Day 2022.

Throughout October and November, all of our business units dedicated a day to volunteering with organizations that are making a real difference for our communities and the planet. We see every day as an opportunity to support our people in helping out with the causes they feel most passionate about, and our Community Action Day is just one of many initiatives to help drive a more sustainable future.
